Thank you for registering for the runREVIVAL Virtual Race presented by Stringray.  We want to thank our partners, Stringray and pureREVIVAL for helping us make this race possible.  With the support of our sponsors we have been able to grow the race to at the time of this email to 276 registered runners.  In addition, your contributions have totaled $1444 to support the Lloydminster Salvation Army Food Bank.  Local Lloydminster businesses producing the optional SWAG also thank you for your business. Finally, we want to thank Michael Davison and Family, who have graciously sponsored our prize medals hand made locally by Art, Soul, Life Creative Studio.   

Your race information is as follows:

Race Bib: Attached is a printable color race bib.  Please feel free to print and wear if you want.  However, note that this is optional.

SWAG Pickup:   If you ordered SWAG before June 15, 2020 and did not pick it up, please email us to request an alternate pickup date.   If you picked up your SWAG today and received the wrong distance on your medal, please reach out so we can correct this for you (sorry… we’re human).  Please note however that this weekend is extremely busy directing this race so pickup times will be difficult to arrange.  We will be arranging another SWAG pickup in 2 weeks to accommodate the orders that were received after June 15.  If you can wait this long we would greatly appreciate your patience since the initial pickup time has lapsed.  Runners who selected shipping will be emailed when their package ships out with tracking information. If you still want a medal, shirt, or singlet, please email us before Monday June 29, as this is when the final order will be placed.  

Run Tracking: This is a Virtual Race, and as such you will need to track your run with some sort of GPS tracking watch and/or application.  We recommend Strava, as it can be used with simply a smartphone.  Please get to know the device you are using, as some people report needing to run an extra 10-50 meters to ensure they cover the selected distance.  Please note that treadmills are accepted with a picture of your treadmill output, however please note as the actual distance cannot be verified you are not eligible to place in the final standing, and will have a note beside your time indicating you ran on a treadmill.  Step counts will not be accepted.  Also, please note that we may reach out for additional supporting information if there are concerns with your time submission.  Your run must be 1 continuous run, and cannot be paused at any time.  If any of these rules are not followed you will receive a disqualification.

Timing Details:  We will strive to update the tentative results twice a day on race weekend.  We will be auditing results following race weekend with the hope of having final, verified results by July 1, 2020.  You can check results (both tentative and final) at https://lloydminsterrunners.com/past-races/.
