Couch to 5k is a FREE eight-week training program designed to help people transform a sedentary lifestyle into an active one, for anyone who just wants to start running, or anyone who wants to join a running group. The program starts March 30, 2022 with an information session. After this, group runs and coaching will occur weekly on Wednesday nights at 6PM, meeting in Bud Miller by the pool entrance. Runners are encouraged to complete 3 runs a week as per the program.
